I haven't changed any settings on my computer, but somehow the image display got decreased. I know that somehow some keys were pressed for this to happen - cat running across keyboard, but the cat won't cooperate to fix it back! Point to the blank part of your screen and right click. Changing your screen resolution to a smaller size will make everything in the display appear bigger, but most monitors have a native, recommended resolution at which the display is optimized, so changing the resolution could produce undesirable results.

One option is to magnify the display to accomplish a similar effect without changing the resolution. However, this option requires you to log off before changes come into effect, which makes it less useful for quick, on-the-fly display changes. Right-click an empty area of the desktop and select "Screen Resolution. Click the "Resolution" drop-down menu and move the slider down to reduce resolution.
