My negative results came back in two hours and we still have not received anything on hers. I know PWN does the test but I'm not sure who to call. We leave Friday at am for Maui. We will try Walgreens next. Walgreens told us to call PWN. When we called they said they had already sent the test results. While I got mine, my wife never got hers. They emailed her negative test. Glad it worked out, and sorry you had to go through that.

For others with this problem, make sure to check your spam file. My husband's results came back quickly but mine didn't. At least it seemed that way, but my email was in spam.

For example, results may take longer to come back during very busy periods or peaks of waves because labs are swamped with tests. Usually the result is sent to you via text or email when it's ready. My husband and I just changed our appointments to Wednesday at and I do not see Abbot ID testing options on the Walgreens site? I live in Germantown, WI.. I feel much better about testing Wed.

I think we should be okay for this trip using the drive-thru test. If we go to PR again soon, which we will I may look into that again but who know if things will have changed by then. If interested in the future, you might have to broaden your search and travel to a different Walgreens to obtain the NOW ID test. They have the lab equipment right on site at certain Walgreens for in-store quick results and it is pricey equipment, thus less locations. Okay- that is good to know. If I remember correctly, we did receive our results in about 48 hours, but it's never guaranteed.

American Airlines is not the one checking your Covid results for travel to Puerto Rico. You will show your results once in PR and trying to exit the PR airport.
